For over 20 years I've had the pleasure of collaborating with the most amazing clients; while also creating the most beautiful interior spaces in the industry. I love helping clients create a space that with just a small investment helps them maximize the sale and return of their largest investment. That is why I fell in love with the staging & photography industry, I am an artist that has worked in many areas of the real estate and construciton industry and understand the most important...staging.  The art of prepping real estate to maximize the attention to as many buyers as possible, for the maximum amount of money, and as fast as possible.  That is why my job is so very important and passionate for me.

My experience also includes working as a licensed Realtor marketing real estate, and as a licensed Building Official enforcing the international building code, plan reviews, construction permits & inspections. I have always had an interest in designing spaces, and enjoyed many years staging and flipping homes. My photography experience goes back to the darkroom era learning all about techniques in color, black & white, while using all film type cameras.  I have over 20 years in the photography industry beginning. with my college newspaper working as the photojournalist, darkroom manager, and editing. 

 I earned my degree in architecture in 2002 where I focused my skills on green architecture and design, code enforcement, AutoCAD, and interior design. Then in 2006 I earned his Bachelor degree in Operations Management to maximize return on investments.
